Abstract To the Editor. —Angell et al, in the December Archives (1981;99:2137-2139), described the refraction, visual acuity, and limited ocular biometry of seven patients with unilateral ruptures of Descemet's membrane. They found that the involved eye was more myopic than the normal fellow eye.
