A Computerized Glaucoma Data Base

A Computerized Glaucoma Data Base Abstract • The MISAR data base system was modified for ophthalmic use. Approximately 1,165 subject records from the Glaucoma Center of Washington University were entered into this computerized registry. The system has provided a compact, accurate, and well-organized storage of medical data. Searches of the registry for specific diagnoses or for subjects who meet specific criteria have aided the performance of clinical research. (Arch Ophthalmol 95:1365-1367, 1977) References 1.
