Abstract ORGANIZATION OF THE AMERICAN LEAGUE AGAINST EPILEPSY The members of the International League Against Epilepsy who are resident in the United States or Canada have organized themselves into an American branch of the League. A constitution has been adopted and officers have been elected, as follows: president, William G. Lennox, M.D., Boston; first vice president, Mynie G. Peterman, M.D., Milwaukee; second vice president, Temple Fay, M.D., Philadelphia; secretary-treasurer, Frederic A. Gibbs, M.D., Boston, and vice president of the International League for America, Walter B. Cannon, M.D., Cambridge, Mass.The chief qualification for membership is an active interest in the problem of epilepsy or in the care and treatment of persons with epilepsy. Persons who are not physicians may be admitted up to 10 per cent of the membership. Dues, which include membership in the International League, are $3.75 for four years.
