A New Dermoscopic Finding in Healthy Children: Dirt!—Reply

In fact, in adult scalps, we do not see dirty particles even if the scalp has not been washed for several days, and we also do not see this feature in adolescents who are strongly involved in sports activities with exposure to “environmental dirt.” Back to top Article Information Correspondence: Dr Tosti, Division of Dermatology, University of Bologna, Via Massarenti 1, Bologna, Italy-40138 (antonella.tosti@unibo.it). http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Archives of Dermatology American Medical Association
