Abstract To the Editor.— In their article "Schistosomiasis: Paraplegia and Ectopic Skin Lesions as Admission Symptoms," which appeared in the May 1976 Archives (112:690-695), the authors, Wood et al, state that they were unable to find a case report of ectopic cutaneous schistosomiasis that occurred together with spinal cord involvement.
