Infectious Mononucleosis Manifesting as a Palmar Dermatitis

Infectious Mononucleosis Manifesting as a Palmar Dermatitis Abstract A case of infectious mononucleosis (IM) presented primarily as a palmar dermatitis. This cutaneous finding was the most prominent physical sign of the disease. Although rare, involvement of the palms as the only cutaneous manifestation of IM is documented, and IM should be added to the list of other systemic diseases with palmar eruptions. References 1.
