Giant Premalignant Fibroepithelioma Abstract A 76-year-old man is reported who had a slowly growing 6.5 × 7.5 cm mass over the lower abdomen for 15 years. The typical clinical and histologic features of this premalignant fibroepithelioma (Pinkus) will be described. This lesion represents the largest such tumor recorded in the literature. References 1.
