S., an American-born woman, aged 26, gives a history of recurring pustules on her fingers for the past seven years. On four occasions there had been a nodular eruption accompanying the pustular lesions. The nodules, occurring mainly on the front of the legs, were erythematous and slightly tender and healed in about two months without scar formation.
