Abstract A Case for Diagnosis (Mycosis Fungoides?). Presented by Dr. Jack Wolf. C. B., a woman aged 50, is presented from the Skin and Cancer Unit, with a disseminated eruption on the body and face of three years' duration.On the cheeks, neck, breasts, back, arms and legs are disseminated round discrete lesions, ranging from 4 to 8 cm. in diameter. The lesions are pink, flat and indurated, with small fine adherent scales. All the areas involved are homogeneous, with no clearing in the centers.The Wassermann reaction of the blood was negative, and the urine was normal. A blood cell count showed the hemoglobin to be 81 per cent, erythrocytes 3,700,000, leukocytes 5,950, polymorphonuclear leukocytes 31, eosinophils 4, monocytes 9 and lymphocytes 54, with an occasional atypical cell, and band forms 27.Two examinations of tissue were made on Oct. 23, 1945.
