A single cycle of preoperative combination chemotherapy with DOC and CDGP showed moderate histological activity with an acceptable safety profile for the planned radical surgery. Further studies testing more cycles before surgery might be more appropriate.
Sequential treatment with dose-dense EC followed by docetaxel/capecitabine, using a lower capecitabine dose than that approved for MBC, has an acceptable toxicity profile and encouraging activity when used as neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment of breast cancer.
Albendazole was well tolerated on the schedule tested in this trial. The results of this study suggest that the recommended dose for further study is 1,200 mg twice daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle.
Based on the expression analysis profiles, this report provides a preliminary insight into the relationship between drug resistance and ECM components, which are related to invasion and metastasis. Correlation of each specific ECM component with drug resistance requires further analysis.

Gemcitabine and S-1 combination chemotherapy was effective and tolerable in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.
Our study suggests that MGC patients with good performance status and skin rash benefit most from salvage cetuximab combined with chemotherapy, even in heavily pretreated status.
This combination of Oxigem effective in unresectable GBC. It may even induce complete pathological response. One-year survival was 20%. There is a need for controlled trial to assess efficacy of this combination.
BV does not affect the plasma concentration of CPT-11 and its metabolites on FOLFIRI regimen.
Incorporation of PTX into the PGG–PTX polymer significantly prolonged the half-life of total taxanes, extractable taxane, and native PTX in both the plasma and tumor compartments. This resulted in a large increase in the amount of active PTX delivered to the tumor. PGG–PTX is an attractive...
