A single cycle of preoperative combination chemotherapy with DOC and CDGP showed moderate histological activity with an acceptable safety profile for the planned radical surgery. Further studies testing more cycles before surgery might be more appropriate.
Sequential treatment with dose-dense EC followed by docetaxel/capecitabine, using a lower capecitabine dose than that approved for MBC, has an acceptable toxicity profile and encouraging activity when used as neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment of breast cancer.
Albendazole was well tolerated on the schedule tested in this trial. The results of this study suggest that the recommended dose for further study is 1,200 mg twice daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle.

This combination of Oxigem effective in unresectable GBC. It may even induce complete pathological response. One-year survival was 20%. There is a need for controlled trial to assess efficacy of this combination.
BV does not affect the plasma concentration of CPT-11 and its metabolites on FOLFIRI regimen.
Although most patients had stage IV NPC, the TPF induction chemotherapy followed by CCRT showed promising activity with manageable toxicity. These results demonstrated the possibility of effective treatment with the aim of not only a palliative, but also a curative, approach to the treatment of...
