This paper proposes the use of the specification/programming language Lucid to specify secure distributed systems. It reports on the status of work to develop a formal model of security for the SNet multi-level secure distributed system, and to specify it in Lucid.
This brief note discusses the status and goals of the "Euclid-based Verification and Evaluation System" project, currently underway at I. P. Sharp Associates.
