View LargeDownload A 35-year-old woman had decreased vision related to a temporal optic disc pit. Optical coherence tomography (Stratus OCT 3, Zeiss, Jena, Germany) showed a schisis of the retina connected to the pit, cystic cavities in the inner layers of the retina, and an outer macular hole, without visible traction of the vitreous.
