Purpose: We propose an extension of the Earned Value method that takes into account both intangible and undocumented factors of project cost increase that occur during project execution and the credibility/reliability of cost estimations. Methodology: Credibility or reliability of cost estimations used in the Earned Value Method is modelled by means of Z-fuzzy numbers. They model both the information scope available to the experts and the credibility of the experts, their individual features and the nature of information sources used. Findings: The proposed version of the Earned Value Method can provide substantially earlier and more reliable warnings about future cost overruns in projects. Value: The proposed method may decrease the probability and impact of cost overrun risk in the everyday practice of project management. This is an important contribution, as considerable cost overruns occur in numerous projects.

In this paper, we present a general formulation for the production inventory optimal control problem to a class of fractional fuzzy differential systems with reliability-dependent imperfect production. we investigate this model under the uncertain environment of fuzzy numbers with the rate of change of stock level expressed by granular Caputo fractional fuzzy derivative of order . The demands depend on the selling price, product quality, and stock level of the product displayed in the store. The unit production cost depends on development cost due to reliability, raw material cost, and wear tear cost. Here state, co-state variables and parameters are taken as uncertain variables with triangular fuzzy numbers and using granular dierentiability the existence and uniqueness of solution to the fractional dierential system with fuzzy variables and parameters. The production inventory optimal control problem for the fractional system is proposed and a necessary condition for optimality is obtained. Finally, this optimal control problem was solved by using the Pontryagin Maximum principle and for numerical results and graphical representation.

In this paper, we determined a new characterisation of the derived nilpotent (Engel) Lie ring of fuzzy hyperrings by fuzzy strongly regular relation ( ). Moreover, we proved that for a fuzzy hyperring S, the quotient ( ) was a nilpotent (Engel) Lie ring. Also, we introduced the notion of an ζ-role of a fuzzy hyperring and investigated its essential properties. Basically, we stated a necessary and sufficient condition for transitivity of ζ. Also, we studied the relationship between the strongly regular relation and ζ-role of a given fuzzy hyperring.
A New Approach to Solve Fully Fuzzy Multi-Objective Transportation ProblemNiksirat, Malihe

The transportation problem is the problem of transferring goods from several sources or producers to multiple destinations or consumers in a cost-effective way, which is one of the most important problems in the supply chain management problems. The application of this problem in addition to the distribution of goods in the location and production planning problems is also important. Many real-life transportation problems encounter multiple, conflicting, and incommensurable objective functions. In addition, in real applications, due to lack of information, it is not possible to accurately estimate the parameters of this problem. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to find the Pareto optimal solutions of fully fuzzy multi-objective transportation problem under the conditions of uncertainty. In accordingly, a new approach based on nearest interval approximation is proposed to solve the problem. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the proposed approach and results.

Purpose Designing an Organizational Innovation Model with an Emphasis on the Approach of Lean Human Resources Management: The Case of Selected Municipalities of Mazandaran province. Methodology From a methodology point of view, this is a qualitative study, which is grounded theory and classified data were collected through interviewing the experts who agreed to participate in this research and were familiar with the topic including faculties in organizational innovation field and chief officers of selected municipalities of Mazandaran province. Findings The results showed that the organizational innovation model with an emphasis on lean human resources management approach has 156 indicators and 8 subcategories along with the lean innovation capabilities category, these subcategories are: lean human resources recruitment, supply and adjustment system, Lean human resource improvement system, lean human resource maintenance system, lean human resource application system, utilization of technology, organizational culture, organizational structure and policies and programs. In the following, all the dimensions, components and indicators of the three main dimensions are described; The enablers of lean innovation, the facilitators of lean innovation and the capabilities of lean innovation were summarized and purified. Research limitations/implications In the practical context, the results of the study can provide clear messages for the senior and middle managers of such organizations, so that based on those findings, they can formulate detailed operational plans with the aim of increasing internal innovations and also empowering their human resources.
