To the Editor: In their article on the DREAMM-7 trial, Hungria and colleagues (Aug. 1 issue)1 describe the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma that had progressed after at least one line of previous therapy. The authors report longer progression-free survival among the patients who received triplet combination therapy with belantamab mafoditin, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (BVd) than among those who received daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (DVd). A high percentage of patients in the BVd group had ocular adverse events (79%), and keratopathy and visual-acuity events were documented in 84% of the patients, with a majority who had events of grade . . .
