Opsoclonus in Anti-Ma2 Brain-Stem EncephalitisA 71-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of vertigo, diplopia, and ataxia. He had rapid, nonrhythmic, saccadic, and multidirectional ocular movements (shown in a video), a condition known as opsoclonus. Serum was positive for Ma2 IgG antibodies.
