The spectrum of plasma oscillations and the frequency of the dielectric relaxation of electrons in a quasi-one-dimensional ring are calculated. The plasmon spectrum is revealed to be equidistant. It is shown that, in contrast to the three-dimensional case, the dielectric relaxation is dispersive and, therefore, the distribution of carriers in quasi-one-dimensional rings can be studied by means of dielectric relaxation spectroscopy.
