Abstract

A system of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness indicators for measures taken to decrease the risk of emergency situations is developed for an objective subsystem of the unified state system for preventing and liquidating emergency situations. Relations are obtained for calculating the effectiveness of the protection with respect to particular indicators of the effectiveness of preventative measures and the response.
