Computer decision-support systems for public argumentation: assessing deliberative legitimacy

Computer decision-support systems for public argumentation: assessing deliberative legitimacy Recent proposals for computer-assisted argumentation have drawn on dialectical models of argumentation. When used to assist public policy planning, such systems also raise questions of political legitimacy.
