Abstract

Dr. Abraham was invited by the Editorial Staff of The Bulletin to prepare a description of the significance of the Dumbarton Oaks Proposals as a plan for an international organization for the mainte nance of peace and security, and also ways in which these proposals can be studied in our secondary schools. Dr. Abraham, in 1943, pre pared the Teaching Aids of International Organization After the War, by Max Lerner, a teachers' resource unit in the series PROBLEMS IN AMERICAN LIFE published by the National Association of Second ary-School Principals and the National Council for the Social Studies of the National Education Associaticn.—The Editor.
