Abstracts of the Minutes of the Executive Council, Board on Professional Standards and the Business Meeting of Members are published in this issue of the Bulletin. Executive Council T h e Executive Council met Thursday, December 1, 1955, with Dr. hfaxwell Gitelson presiding and Dr. Douglas D. Bond serving as Secretary. 1. Committee on Affiliate Societies It was reported by the Committee on Affiliate Societies that official notice had been received from eight former members of the Detroit Society announcing the formation of a new Society called the hlichigan Association for Psychoanalysis. This step was taken following the resignation of these eight members from the Detroit Society.
