The Conference will review developments since the publication of the Attenborough Report in May 1985, and will explore current initiatives and future aims of people with disabilities and their participation in and contribution to the world of the arts. The conference will include special topics, talks, discussions, practical work- shops and a 'Celebration' afternoon at the Palace Theatre with artistic performances and keynote speeches.
