Her current interests include the dissemination of ideas and the allocation of time. MARYANNE BAUM is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership, Ohio State University. She specializes in the areas of needs assessment and evaluation in a variety of training and development settings and is presently working toward her Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation. JAC L. A. GEURTS is Senior Lecturer in Methods for Policy Research at the University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, where he received his Ph.D. in 1981. He is coordinator of the PROFES-research group, which focuses on the uses of gaming/ simulation for policy development in public and private organizations. RONALD L. JACOBS is Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership at Ohio State University. He received his Ph.D. from Indiana University. He presently coordinates the graduate specialization in Training and Development in the College of Education at Ohio State.
