Abstract

Following establishment of a conditioned emotional response in male albino rats they were exposed to auditory "keyjingling" stimuli. Retention tests for the conditioned emotional response showed that those animals susceptible to audiogenic seizure had no retention of the emotional response, whereas those animals resistant to the audiogenic seizure stimuli showed almost complete retention of the conditioned emotional response.
