ANALYSIS OF THE SELF-ESTIMATE IN THE EVALUATION OF COUNSELING.

Abstract

A self estimate technique is described which involves the comparison of scales on an interest test with self estimates of interests before and after counseling. The effect of counseling is determined by means of a "discrepancy" scale. Illustrative use of this method in a sample of high school senior males and females is described.
