Development In vitro of White Ash Buds
Abstract
Abstract A system has been established in which the early development of freshly inoculated excised buds of Fraxinus americana L. can be obtained in vitro . The structural integrity of the material was documented by an anatomical examination of longitudinal stained sections of cultured buds.
