Ks[H2SbMo6024].7H20, Mr = 1405.1, monoclinic, P2~/a, a = 20.783 (4), b = 10.105 (1), c=15.085(2)A, fl=112.15(1)°, U=2934(1)A3, Z=4, D,,=3.20, Dx= 3.18 Mgm-3, 2(MoKct)= 0.71069/(, /1=4.16mm-1, F(000)=2648, T= 298 K, R =0.057 for 5889 unique reflections. The structure contains the discrete polyanion I H2SbMo6- O24]5-, the configuration of which differs from that of [TeMo602416- and [IMo602415-, but is identical to that of [Mo7024]6-. Two polyanion molecules are paired by hydrogen bonds, and the positions of the H atoms were estimated from anomalies in Mo-O distances. Introduction. We obtained four new heteropolyanions containing Sbv and MoVl: KsIH2SbMo60241.7H20, K6[ HESb6Mo4036].7H20, (NH4)7[ H 10SbsMosO36].- nHzO and K6[Hi2Sb4Mol0Os0].8H20; their crystal structures have been determined. SbVO6 coordination has been
