November 1977) Zusammenfassung: Es wird ein kinetisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Kreatinins im Serum beschrieben. Das Verfahren ist auf den Gemsaec-Fast-Analyzer adaptiert. Die Zuverlässigkeitskriterien der Methode werden angegeben. Einziger Störfaktor ist das Bilirubin, das bei erhöhten Konzentrationen zu einer scheinbaren Erniedrigung des Kreatinins fuhrt. Durch Behandlung der Probe mit Fullererde und anschließende Kreatinin-Bestimmung läßt sich dieser Störeinfluß ausschalten. 72 Seren wurden mit der kinetischen Methode und der Fullererde-Methode ohne Enteiweißung (5) analysiert. Es ergab sich eine ausgezeichnete Übereinstimmung der beiden Verfahren, (y = l ,011 -0,8222; r = 0,9970).
