Tittor**· * Abteilung Klinische Chemie und Pathobiochemie der Medizinischen Fakultät der Technischen Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen ** Abteilung Medizinische Statistik und Dokumentation der Medizinischen Fakultät der Technischen Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen *·· Stoffwechselklinik der Landesversicherungsanstalt Württemberg, Abteilung für Hepatologie und Stoffwechselkrankheiten, Bad Mergentheim Zusammenfassung: Bei Patienten mit beginnender und ausgeprägter Leberfibrose sowie bei Kranken mit vollentwickelter Leberzirrhose wurden die Konzentrationen von Fibronectin (kälte-unlösliches Globulin) im Plasma und ß2-Mikroglobulin im Serum bestimmt und zu den Aktivitäten ,,fibroseanzeigender" Enzyme im Serum in Beziehung gebracht. Es handelt sich um die Enzyme Monoamino Oxidase (EC 1.4.3.4) und N-Acetyl-ß-D-glucosaminidase (EC 3.2.1.30). Die Fibronectinkonzentration bei chronisch Leberkranken ist mit durchschnittlich 352 ± 87 mg11 signifikant um etwa 20% höher als bei Gesunden. Für ßz-Mikroglobulin wurden Konzentrationen von 2,88 ± 1,0 mg/1 gemessen. Diese liegen somit um etwa 80% (p < 0,001) höher als die mittlere Konzentration dieses S puren proteins im Serum Gesunder. 25 von 51 Leberfibrosen und 40 von 48 Leberzirrhosen wiesen pathologische ßz-Mikroglobulinkonzentrationen auf.
