Journals ACM SIGCHI Bulletin Volume 21 Issue 3

This issue's standards column is focused on the new economic policies scheduled to take effect in Europe at the end of 1992, usually referred to in to as "EC92". As might be expected, I am particularly interested in the role standards are expected to play in regulating trade between nations inside and outside the European Community. There are, however, many other issues to consider, and I'm sure I've only scratched the surface here.
