Adams Richard Stockton College Pomona NJ 08240 adamse@pollux.stockton Having taught using an overhead projector (where I had to copy book materials to transparencies to show them; having taught in a lab (where keeping students attention focused and their fingers off the keyboard was nearly impossible); having taught in classrooms with inadequate blackboard space and in those (where the lack of ventilation combined with the chemicals in the whiteboard markers made staying conscious difficult); I am .edu now teaching in an environment I believe is neatly ideal, I have a console containing: a computer, a clevice that is alternately an overhead and an opaque projector, a ceiling mounted projection device focused on a permanently-mounted switch-controlled screen and a remote control that allows me to switch between projecting images from these, live television or videotapes.
