When we talk about standards in a data processing environment, I think too many of us feel the same way as the young lady who went to a psychiatrist for counseling. He asked her to describe her problem and she related the following-"Doctor, my problem is that I am 24 years old, have been married three times, and am still a virgin. When I was 18 years old, I married a man 75 and while he was willing, there wasn't a way and after about three months he died of a heart attack. About a year later, I met an airline pilot and within three months, we were married. However, on our way from the wedding to start on our honeymoon, we were involved in an automobile accident. He was seriously injured and after two days died. Last year, I met a man who is manager of standards in data processing. We were married three months ago and all he does each night is sit on the edge of the bed and tell me how good it is going to be!"
