Among the offerings in the 1998 program schedule, you will find the following. Knowledge management: a new concept in leveraging consulting/technical support data and providing it to customers. Presenters will talk about experiences in implementing knowledge management systems in their organizations and how it's working. Ways to improve a Web site: How can you improve its usabilityand increase its value to the reader? Severalpresenters will talk about methods they've used to get feedback on their Web sites and how they used this information to improve the sites. Web navigation: A crucial part of any Web site, effective Web navigation requires careful planning. This topic will be addressed by presenters who will offer their experiences and tips on designing and implementing effective Web navigation.
