When discussing the type of education plan to follow for any operation, it is necessary to determine the type of Computing Center we are dealing with. This paper will discuss one type of Computing Center; namely, a multi-shift operation running Development Programming work. It is felt that this type of environment will lend itself best to a specialized education plan. The reasons being the availability of manpower and the educational nature of Development work.
