It is called the SOURCE, it is oriented toward th e consumer and has on-line the UPI wire service information , stock and bond prices and two databases from the New Yor k Times . Also available is an electronic mail service and 4 terminals . It costs $100 to get started and $10 a month thereafter . $9 of the $10 dollars will be applied to con nect time charges . Connect time is very inexpensive . During the day (prime time) it is $15 per hour . Starting a t six p .m . the rates drop to $4.25 per hour . In addition t o the information services
