KEYNOTE ADDRESS S I G G R A P H 1998 Keynote Address - Jim Blinn 5o, 25 years. Since I've been co all 25 of these things, they seem to think that I would have something useful to say at the keynote address here. So, in trying to figure out what I was going co say, one o f the things t h a t occurred to me was what my friend Alvy Ray Smith always complained about people saying in situations like this, and I resolved that rm not going to say that. If you want to know what that is, you're going to have to ask him. I'm not the only 25-year person here, although there is not an official record kept. I understand that Lou Kalz and Jim Foley have also been to all 25 of these. Tom W r i g h t was a member of the club for a while, but I'm not sure if he's still here.
