Herrnstein correctly summarizes the results of much of that research. In order to examine the Conclusions reached by Rerrnstein, it is i~portant that certain other relevant research be examined. 1. As s t a t e d t h e r e seems t o be a mL-~-,,m l e v e l o f a p t i t u d e needed f o r many J o b s . However. t h a t level for professional Jobs is usually a n IQ of lOO-llO.
