EDUCATION Animation FORUM A c t i v i t i e s at S R C As a continuation of past columns in which I have described various ~ p e c t s of computerbased computer science visualizations, I have decided to devote this quarter's space to recent work published by Digital Equipment Corporation's Systems Research Center (SRC) on related topics. I have three SRC reports in hand: The 1993 S R C Algorithm Animation Festival, SRC Research Report 126, July 29, 1994, by Marc Brown; A Library for Visualizing Combinatorial Structures, SRC Research Report 128a, September 1, 1994, by Marc A. Najork and Marc H. Brown; and The Third Annual Video Review of Computational Geometry, SRC Research Report 133a, December 30, 1994, edited by Marc Brown and John Hershberger. The latter two reports can be ordered with an accompanying videotape (SRC reports 128b and 133b, respectively), which I have reviewed. The SRC Algorithm Animation Festival was first held in 1992 and then again in 1993. SR.C report 126 describes the 1993 festival. It is likely that another festival was held in 1994; if so I have not yet seen the report. The Algorithm A n
