This publication started out as a venue for w o r k i n g papers, concepts s cl]l under d e v e l o n ment. That sort of p u r p o s e can only be served if the audience of the journal is engaged in debate. Also, such a publication should come out regularly and frequently. This should be a b u l l e t i n board for software, tips, b i b l i o g r a p h i e s and swapping stories. Ten pages every month is better than 30 p a g e s four times a year.
