Due to the overwhelming number of submissions received, we expect to publish two lists this year. The deadline for the next compendium is May 15, 1992. All submissions should be of the same form as those in this list, and should be sent to the address listed above (electronic submission preferred). I would like to make one change in the format for future lists. In the past, the author's address could either be where the work was performed, or where the author is currently. Ordering information is sometimes also the author's current address. In such cases, the degree granting institution may never be listed. In the future, please include the advisor's department and institution with all abstract submissions in order to clarify the situation. Note that most of the abstracts appearing this time come from Renssetaer Polytechnic Institute.
