Sight, the informatio n transfer sense most people depend on so heavily, is denied . Of the senses left, only hearing and touch provide any use ful means of quantitative input to the person . You may feel that the computer is a very useful tool i n compiling, organizing, and transfering information . That i s correct . You may think that like any other computer proble m this one needs sound analysis . That is correct . You may suspect that this isn't done very often . That is also correct . If you were correct all three times, you're a n expert . Programmers are constantly developing tools to hel p their, in their work . The cost effectiveness of the entir e data processing industry depends on programmers who can pro duce work faster and more accurately over time because o f the tools they have built themselves . In general, bette r tools used more effectively lead to more productive programmers . There
