This year, the conference was held at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. The conference chairman was Phil Benkard, and the program chairman was David Siegel David arranged the program so that several of the presentations were repeated, since the day consisted of five tracks. T The presentations marked with * had no paper included in the proceedings. However, there was one paper in the proceedings, "TJendiesfor LOPS" by Jan Karman, for which no presentation at the conference was made.
