There is a general consensus that Ada would benefit from having a library of tools available that would be standard across most or all implementations. This paper discusses how to get a "standard" l ibrary for Ada without impacting the ARM, increasing the leverage available to Ada developers, providing an enhanced product for the Ada compiler vendors, sparking new interest in Ada and perhaps building a financially successful business in the process.
