Journals ACM SIGCUE Outlook Volume 22 Issue 1

This article describes a technique that educators can use to simplify and automate the preparation of student grades. Instead of computing averages and determining letter grades individually for each student, the educator can use Lotus commands to calculate the averages and produce letter grades automatically for an entire class. Not only will this technique save considerable time and effort, it will also enable the instructor to produce more accurate and professional looking grading reports.
