To reuse a software object, you first have to find it! The essence of the problem is to deposit software objects into the repository according to descriptions of the objects expressed in a formal language concise enough to serve as a subsequent indezing scheme. Then at some future time, a potential reuser of the object m a y describe his concept of a desired object in the same indexing scheme
