I m a user and a pusher, of software, that is.Well, to be totally honest, I m into a bit of hardware too. For the past nine years, SIGGRAPH has helped to feed my habit. It has also allowed me to ensnare others in my addiction as well. I guess that I should explain my story. At SIGGRAPH 96 in New Orleans, I kept on passing by this room that was always hopping. It was noisy, and had people coming in and out of it at all hours of the day and night. From what I could see through the door, it was a scene of utter chaos. After a couple of days walking by, curiosity finally got the better of me, and I went in to find out what was going on. It was at that point I discovered The Guerilla Gallery. Patricia Johnson, the founder of this chaos, happened to be working the door when I walked in. Before I even could ask what was going
