Retraining Hospital Staff for Work in a Community Program in Wisconsin

Hospital & Community Psychiatry plans to publish occasional follow-up reports on this program to shed light on how an innovative treatment program evolves over time. Here the authors describe how stafffrom a mental hospital were retrained to work in the program. After two years of operation the program has had almost no staff turnover.
