This 952 page book consists of abstracts of 1,166 papers and 28 books published in the period 1940-48 and a few outstanding studies of 1949-50. Each section is preceded by an analysis and interpretation of the material contained in the section. The material is a general survey of all the important psychiatric aspects of administration, selection, combat, methods of treatment, demobilization and rehabilitation..
