Neither, on the other hand, can we understand or treat physical diseases successfully, extraordinary without influence thoroughly of the understanding and appreciating mind upon all the bodily functions. the Inour last article, the advantage to be derived from a due consideration of this influence was pointed out, in some remarks respecting the successful treatment of dyspepsia by charlatans.
