Levels in Cl 35 Populated by S 34 ( d , n ) Cl 35

Levels in Cl 35 Populated by S 34 ( d , n ) Cl 35 The low-lying levels in Cl 35 were populated by the reaction S 34 ( d , n ) Cl 35 at 4.95 MeV. The neutron spectrum was measured using the time-of-flight technique. Interpretation of the angular distribution of the neutrons, together with results of previous experiments, confirmed or determined the following spinparity assignments: J π = 3 2 + , 1 2 + , 5 2 + , 5 2 - , and 7 2 - for the levels at 0.0, 1.220, 1.762, 3.006, and 3.163 MeV, respectively. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Physical Review American Physical Society (APS)

Abstract

The low-lying levels in Cl 35 were populated by the reaction S 34 ( d , n ) Cl 35 at 4.95 MeV.
