I am speaking only on behalf of myself, for the record for me as well. There are two things I would like to mention. The first thing is that you have not only been able to gather a panel of front actors in the case, you have also been able to attract a number of individuals involved in the case in the audience. Dr Rombald is over here. He is the representative of the Czech Republic, the one who is responsible for all the BIT cases to which the Czech Republic is a party, and this is certainly of great importance to his country. We have also other people in the audience. We have three professors who gave opinions. We have Professor De Ly; he gave two opinions. We have Professor Sacerdoti; he gave two opinions. And we have Professor Heuman who gave two opinions. When we listen to Wolfgang Kiihn it seems as if the problem of res judicata would be a straightforward, simple matter. These three professors gave opinions on this issue, and I can assure you that they did not agree on these things. So obviously this is not as clear- cut as you may
